国際寮の拡充に向けた協働体制づくり その可能性とチャレンジ Potentials and Challenges of Collaborative Approaches for the Advancement of International Residence Halls 定員 Capacity: 40 Abstract 概要: 大学の国際化が進められている中、国際学生寮化を目指す学寮関係者からは寮の運営に関して様々な戸惑いの声が聞こえる。例えば、教員からは「学生寮が大学生のグローバル人材形成を促進する場であるのはわかるが、日常的な生活空間に関わりのない教員が教育的領域に踏み込んで関わりを持つことは難しい」との意見がある。職員からは「留学生と日本人学生の担当部署が分かれているため、組織として寮生交流を支援する体制ができていない」といった問題が指摘される。また、寮に住む学生からは「大学が事前の協議や討論会もなしに、勝手に制度を変更（例：寮の混住化など）することは許せない」等様々な声が上がっている。日本の大学における国際寮の在り方について、それぞれの大学の状況や課題にあわせた戦略を立てていく必要がある。 本セッションでは、①学生寮を現場指導する体制のあり方、②国際交流を寮内で推進するための大学支援組織のあり方、③学生寮の管理主体としての大学および寮生の役割分担といった国際学生寮の実現に向けた課題について、職員、教員、学生の視点から意見交換を行い、三者が有機的にコラボレーションすることの有効性について事例を紹介し、意見を出し合い共に考える。 Speakers 発表者: 阿部 仁 Jin Abe 一橋大学 国際教育交流センター長 准教授 Associate Professor and Director, Center of Global Education and Exchange, Hitotsubashi University 植松希 世子 Kiyoko Uematsu 横浜国立大学 国際推進機構 助教 Assistant Professor, International Strategy Organization, Yokohama National University 北澤 …

国際フィールドワークの実践と地球志民育成 Fostering Global Citizenship – The Role of International Fieldwork 定員 Capacity: 定員なし No Limit Abstract 概要: 国際フィールドワークは、語学学習を主目的とした研修とは異なり、現地社会について市民との対話や協働などを通じて、より良い未来を共創するための深い学びにつなげようとするものです。本セッションでは、東洋大学と一般社団法人グローバル教育推進プロジェクト（GiFT）が協働開催している短期海外研修「Diversity Voyage」を題材として、グローバル・シチズンシップ（地球志民）育成、SDGs目標の達成という観点から、国際フィールドワークの意義について意見交換していきます。「Diversity Voyage」では、この６年間で1000名を超える東洋大生、およそ700名の現地学生が参加し、フィリピン・マレーシア・ラオス・タイ・インドネシア・カンボジア・ブータンで活動する社会起業家や政府機関と共に、東洋大生と現地の若者たちが深い対話を通して協働学習しています。９日間のプログラムの他に事前・事後研修を行い、世界をよりよくする志（グローバル・シチズンシップ）について、学びを深めています。 本セッションでは、プログラム参加者たちが、プログラム中に感じた思いや気づきと共に、その後、どのような行動や未来へつなげていったかを語ります。参加者全体のアセスメント結果、参加者コミュニティ形成に関しても振り返りながら、グローバル・シチズンシップ育成のためのよりよい研修プログラムの在り方を議論していきます。 Speakers 発表者: 高橋 清隆 Kiyotaka Takahashi 東洋大学 国際部長 International Affairs Office, Toyo University – Director 鈴木 大樹 Taiju Suzuki 一般社団法人グローバル教育推進プロジェクト（GiFT）シニア・ダイバーシティ・ファシリテーター Global Incubation x Fostering Talents (GiFT) – Senior Diversity Facilitator 辰野 まどか Madoka Tatsuno 一般社団法人グローバル教育推進プロジェクト（GiFT） 代表理事 …
