Special Session 1: The Aim of the Japan Forum for Internationalization of Universities
特別セッション1：「大学の国際化促進フォーラム」

JV-Campus（https://www.jv-campus.org | 概要 PDF)」では、オールジャパンで結成する国際的なオンライン教育プラットフォームの構築・運営を目的としている。2021年6月に大学の国際化促進フォーラムのプロジェクトとして活動を開始し、2022年3月にパイロット版サービスの提供を開始した。本セッションでは、JV-Campusの活動およびシステムについて紹介するとともに、より質の高いプラットフォーム構築、コンテンツ提供、そして、大学間連携や企業連携に向けて参加者の皆様と議論したい。

JV-Campus (https://www.jv-campus.org/) aims to build and operate an international online education platform powered by contributions from universities across Japan. As part of the MEXT’s Japan Forum for Internationalization of Universities this project began in June 2021; the pilot version of the service was launched in March 2022. In this session, we would like to introduce the activities and systems of JV-Campus. We will discuss with participants about building a higher-quality platform, providing content, and working towards inter-university and industry-academia collaborations.

International Online Education Platform & JV-Campus「国際的オンライン教育プラットフォーム『JV-Campus』」

大庭は、筑波大学国際局において、筑波大学の国際的戦略的パートナーシップ(Campus-in-Campus) とプラットフォーム事業のグループ長を務めている。また、筑波大学においてJV-Campus事業 (全日本版の国際オンライン教育プラットフォーム) のプロジェクトリーダー、および、国際連携食料健康科学専攻 (修士課程国際ジョイントディグリー) のカリキュラム委員長を務めている。京都大学総合人間学部にて2000年に学士号取得、同生命科学研究科にて博士号を2007年に取得。2007年より筑波大学医学医療系（元・人間総合科学研究科）助教、2015年より同・准教授。専門分野は、医科学・生命科学、図書館情報学、科学社会学、科学哲学、東洋思想など多岐に渡る。2019年より、筑波大学医学医療系にて健康情報総合学を主宰。分野横断的な課題や、既存分野に紐づけできない課題を対象に、分野、手法、立場などに捉われずに切り込み、新たな方法論や価値を生み出す総合学的な研究活動を進めている。

Ryosuke Ohniwa is Head of Campus-in-Campus (International Strategic Partnership) and Platform group of the Bureau of Global Initiatives at the University of Tsukuba, and associate professor of its Faculty of Medicine. He also acts as the project leader of JV-Campus, a project to establish an all-Japan international online education platform under the Top Global University Project. He is also the Curriculum Committee Head of the international joint master degree program in Food and Health at the University of Tsukuba's graduate school. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Integrated Study at Kyoto University in 2000, and his Master's and PhD from its Graduate School of Biostudies in 2002 and 2007, respectively. He acted as Assistant Professor from 2007 to 2014 at the Facutly of Medicine, University of Tsukuba, and, since 2015, has been acting Associate Professor. He covers multiple disciplines including Life and Medical Sciences, Library Information Science, Science Sociology, Science Philosophy, and Oriental Thought. He is currently Principal Investigator for the Laboratory of Integrated Study on Health Information, and is researching solutions to various health-related issues by creating prototype concepts and products with trans-disciplinary approaches.
