1. 自分の参加登録がきちんと受付されているでしょうか？教えてください。
受付完了後にIAFORより、自動メッセージが届きます。メールが届かない理由として、ご自身のメールソフトのスパムフォルダーに入ってしまっている、サーバーでスパムメール扱いされエラーになってしまってなどが考えられます。
2. 自分が申し込んだワークショップやセッションは確認できますか？
受付完了後にIAFORより届くメールに申し込み内容が記載されています。メッセージが届かない場合は、IAFOR（siiej@iafor.org）にお問い合わせください。
3. 支払い情報を入力後、ワークショップ・セッションの申し込みの途中で画面が消えてしまったのですがどうしたらよいですか。

4. 申込み後のキャンセル方法は？
IAFOR（siiej@iafor.org）にご連絡ください。取消期限（８月26日）までは、10％の事務手数料を差し引いた金額を返金いたします。取消期限を過ぎた場合は、原則としてご返金できませんのでご注意ください。
5. 9月2日の講演やパネルディスカッションは何語ですか。
英語もしくは日本語で行います。日英同時通訳も用意しております。
6. 9月2日の講演やパネルディスカッションは途中から参加しても大丈夫ですか。
全く問題ございません。途中からでも自由にご参加ください。途中退出も自由です。
7. 9月3日と4日のワークショップ・セッションは途中から参加しても大丈夫ですか。
ワークショップ・セッションはインタラクティブな活動を予定しておりますので、可能なかぎり始めからのご参加をお願いいたします。
8. 9月3日と4日のワークショップ・セッションの内容は同じですか。
同じ内容です。
9. 事前学習はありますか。
はい。ワークショップ・セッションによってはあります。ラーニング・マネジメント・システム（LMS）のmanaba（https://manaba.jp/）を通して事前学習や資料の配布を行います。
10. 自分の都合（ネットが繋がらなかった、病気になった・・etc.）で受講できなかった場合、後日に講義を受けられますか。
いいえ。しかし、可能な限り各ワークショップ・セッションともに録画をする予定です。100％のお約束はできませんが、録画データが適正に保存されれば、録画視聴という形でご要望にお応えするようにいたします。
11. 定員を超えたセッションに参加できますか？
キャンセルが多く出た場合にはご要望にお応えできる可能性もありますが、原則としてできません。

After registering, you will receive an automated email to confirm your registration. If you do not receive an email, please check if the email is in your spam folder, or if you have blocked the email address (siiej@iafor.org).
2. How can I check my application status?
You can see your application status in the confirmation email from siiej@iafor.org. If you have not received an email, please let us know.
3. How can I restart my registration when my PC crashed while I was registering for a workshop/ session?
Please refer to the link below to restart your registration.
4. How can I cancel my registration?
Please send an email to IAFOR (siiej@iafor.org). We will refund 90% of the total cost if it is before the cancellation deadline (August 26). Please note that we will not give a refund after the cancellation deadline.
5. What language will be used at the keynote speech and panel discussion on September 2?
They will be conducted in English and Japanese. Simultaneous interpretation is also available.
6. Can I join late to the keynote speech or panel discussion on September 2?
Yes, you can. If time allows please feel free to join us. You can also leave during the session.
7. Can I join late to the workshops and sessions on September 3 and September 4?
Please attend the workshops and sessions from the begging since there will be interactive activities.
8. Are the workshops/sessions on September 3 the same as the workshops/sessions on September 4?
Yes, they are.
9. Do I need prior learning before the workshops/sessions?
It depends on the workshop/session. We will provide information through the learning management system "manaba" （https://manaba.jp/）.
10. What happens if I am ill or cannot attend the workshops/sessions?
You cannot attend a workshop/session at a later date. However, some workshops/sessions will be recorded. Thus, you may be able to watch a recording of your session at a later date.
11. Can I attend a session which has exceeded capacity?
In general, you cannot attend this session. However, if somebody cancels, you may be able to participate.
