Abstract 概要

The ubiquity of digital connectivity for both work and learning fueled by the pandemic has meant that talent can be scouted from across the globe and gaining new skills, knowledge and development experiences are possible wherever you may be located. Especially with global mobility being severely hampered due to many countries’ borders remaining closed, how might universities, in particular, international educators, foster and equip the next generation of talent with the skills, mindset & capabilities to seize opportunities abroad from the safety of their home town?
This session will explore ways in which educators could initiate entrepreneurial programs such as virtual internships as a way to nurture this emerging set of mindset and skillset. Speakers will share learnings and/or observations on their local entrepreneurial and innovation ecosystems, in particular how they have/are approaching the challenges of fostering and developing the next generation of entrepreneurs in the ‘post covid’ conditions?
